We're always looking.

For that crucial tenth, that extra edge, that innovative breakthrough, that restless drive, that insatiable passion, that unquenchable curiosity, that thirst for more. YOU?

Generation 3 is your chance to shine. To be the engineers, scientists, technologists, digital pioneers and even racing drivers of the future. Solving the problems of today to create a brighter future tomorrow.

We already invite young people to spend time with us at our state-of-the-art AMR Technology Campus at Silverstone; inspiring them to give a fresh perspective in our bid to become a World Championship-winning team.

We're now going to spark that passion to learn, innovate and become the next engineers, scientists and game-changers of the future by expanding our STEM education opportunities.

From advanced synthetic fuels and lightweight carbon fibre powering a cleaner, greener performance on the track, to new satellites enabling enhanced emissions monitoring and even speeding up emergency vehicle response times. Exciting technological breakthroughs need the best ideas, people and partners from around the world.

Generation 3 is about more than ground-breaking ideas – it's about creating real-world impact beyond the racetrack.

Through our mobile carbon capture technology, advanced sustainable fuels and the use of recycled plastic in road construction, our aim is to empower communities, improve lives and create a better future for the next generation.
