Lance and Fernando secured seventh and eighth respectively as a breathless Dutch Grand Prix kicked off the second part of the 2025 Formula One season following the summer shutdown.
Read on for all the team's thoughts and reaction from Zandvoort.
Fernando started in P10 while Lance moved up from P20 to P19 on the grid as Oliver Bearman started from the pit lane.
Lance pitted early for Hard tyres, making great use of the fresher rubber to perform an undercut on several drivers in front of him, rising to the cusp of the top ten.
Shortly after, Fernando made his first stop, also bidding to utilise the undercut's potency.
However, a Safety Car period following a crash for Lewis Hamilton soon after offered many of the drivers around Fernando the opportunity to make their stops and lose less time than they would have under green flag conditions, leaving him in P14.
At the restart, contact between Liam Lawson and Carlos Sainz promoted our drivers up the field, though Fernando was overtaken by Yuki Tsunoda.
Lance did an excellent job managing his Hard tyres and rose to ninth place, while Fernando and the team opted to make a second stop for fresh tyres which provided a potential opportunity for him to make some overtakes to break into the points.
Soon after, Lance changed tyres once more, just as another Safety Car period began after Charles Leclerc and Kimi Antonelli came together at Turn Three, again sparking a flurry of stops up and down the field.
In the remaining laps, the pair pushed hard. Lance carved his way through the field to cross the line in eighth whilst Fernando finished ninth on the road, as a late retirement for Lando Norris provided another position gain.
And, with Kimi Antonelli receiving a time penalty at the chequered flag, our duo claimed another spot each.
Finally, earlier in the day, Tina Hausmann finished fifth in the second F1 ACADEMY race of the weekend.
