AMF1 and Citi join forces ahead of 2023 season

Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One™ Team (AMF1) is delighted to announce the beginning of a new sponsorship with Citi ahead of the 2023 FIA Formula One™ World Championship.

The sponsorship will be an expansion of Citi Private Bank's longstanding relationship with two-time F1 World Drivers' Champion Fernando Alonso.

Citi and the AMF1 driver have worked together since 2016, with Alonso sharing the brand's values of excellence, rigor, and discipline in the pursuit of progress.

As part of the sponsorship, Citi will be featured on the halo of both AMR23 race cars during the 2023 F1 season, allowing the global brand to reach a worldwide audience.

Citi – a preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs and a global leader in wealth management – enters the high-adrenaline world of F1 at an exciting time for AMF1, which is set to herald in a new state-of-the-art factory as it enters year-three of its journey to be challenging at the top of the ladder in F1.
