    We have a new opportunity to be part of the team in the role of Accounts Payable Assistant

    Purpose

    · To maintain a high quality and professional purchase ledger function to ensure robust, compliant and efficient financial processes operate across the team. · To actively contribute to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor’s Championship.

    Primary Responsibilities

    · Process invoices from suppliers promptly. · Ensure that all invoices are matched to purchase order receipts or other records of authorisation prior to payment. · Reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all invoices have been input on the purchase ledger. · Ensure direct debit/proforma payments invoices are received and matched against payments. · Deal with supplier queries and accountable for resolution of any issues that arise in the course of business, both via email and over the phone. · Ensure all undisputed creditor invoices being paid within agreed payment credit terms. · Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc payables reporting and analysis. · Maintain and manage the Team’s payables ledger in the accounting system, including; · payment allocations; and · set-up of new supplier accounts. · Assisting in the preparation of payment runs, proforma and ad-hoc payments to be made from Team bank accounts.

    Skills & Knowledge Required

    EXPERIENCE

    · Purchase ledger experience, especially in a high volume, fast paced business · Ideally, experience of working within Formula 1 in a similar role

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    Purpose

    1. Working with the Guest Services team to achieve the objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to manage specific projects predominantly on-track and expanding experience into off-track & special projects

    2. To actively contribute to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor’s Championship.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Trackside (reporting into Head of Trackside):

    · Management of Paddock Guest Programme at races (reporting into including pre-event planning and preparation, touring AMF1 team guests and coordination of motorhome dinners and media events · Curating new ideas around the Paddock guest programme to enhance the experiences trackside · Planning of overseas hospitality Paddock operations · Management of pre and post event Paddock guest communications, including attendee guides · Ownership of Paddock guest list management · Ownership of 1-2 non FOHES Paddock Club operations · Supporting with Paddock on-site freight management and paddock set up / pack down at attending races · Ownership of bespoke Partner Paddock activations (reporting into Head of Trackside and Chief of Guest Services and Hospitality) · Ownership of bespoke AMF1 Paddock activations (reporting into Head of Trackside and Chief of Guest Services and Hospitality) · Supplier management where required (e.g. trackside catering supplier) · Input on freight management and stock inventory · Support with data capture and reporting of on-track programmes

    Purpose

    Purpose

    This is an entry level role working within the Production Control Team reporting to the Parts Despatch Coordinator. You will be required to support our late freight logistic activities sending parts to and receiving from the track during the season. During our build period you will be assisting with the expediting of parts and assemblies through Production to the Build Team.

    Purpose

    This is an entry level role working within the newly formed Production Planning Team reporting to the Production Planning Manager. You will be required to collate planning information to ultimately issue requisitions to our Procurement and Manufacturing Teams. You will also carry out PDM (Product Data Management) activities which requires an excellent understanding of the BOM, component/assembly attributes and how components are routed through Production.

    Primary Responsibilities

    To collate information to assist in the Make/Buy decision of component manufacture and issue order requisitions To provide sub projects in the ERP system to the Project Projects Team To process Design Release Orders (ROs) in the ERP system and apply the correct Production attributes and routings (PDM) To intercept and challenge RO drawing and BOM errors To distribute ROs to the appropriate Production personnel

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer in the role of Aero R&D Design Engineer within the Aero R&D department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the mechanical design and development of Aero R&D projects, this role encompasses mechanical and R&D requirements of the Wind Tunnel Model and full-size Aero Testing Equipment. This is a varied and creative role where new ideas and technologies are key to improving performance.

    Reporting to the Lead Engineer you will generate ideas, schemes, designs, and developments for the wind tunnel model to improve the performance and efficiency of our wind tunnel test programme and to improve the performance of other associated projects.

    Primary Responsibilities

    · To provide design schemes from concept stage to component design, assemblies, and detail drawings.

    · To mechanically engineer designs and problem solve issues arising from Aero R&D projects.

    · To design tooling and fixtures required to test and validate designs.

    · To propose and manage new projects and developments where possible and relevant.

    · Define component and assembly test specifications.

    · To provide follow up support on these projects during assembly and testing and development.

    · To communicate effectively with other departments.

    · To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally.

    Skills & Knowledge Required

    · Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline.

    · Previous experience of working in a mechanical design role is expected, preferably in a motorsport environment.

    · Excellent working knowledge of Parametric 3D CAD modelling is expected, preferably Catia 3DX.

    · Proven ability to create engineering drawings to industry standard BS8888.

    · Good understanding of design for manufacture.

    · Good understanding of mechanical engineering first principles and hand calculations.

    · An understanding of fundamental stress analysis (FE) and material properties.

    · Experience of validating designs through physical testing is desirable.

    · Ability to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

    · Ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales.

    · To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and changing environment.

    Purpose

    · To actively contribute to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor’s Championship.

    · Responsible for delivering creative solutions for physical and digital touchpoints for brand, brand marketing campaigns and all other promotional activities. You will lead the ideation, development, and design of progressive and category disruptive creative to be deployed across a variety of branded inventory, digital and physical media, physical environments, team assets and more. In addition, you will set and oversee the brand’s art direction across content and campaigns, in alignment with the brand objectives and strategy. The role will be supported by a junior designer to aid the rollout of creative applications as well as team organisation.

    · This individual must be innovative and disruptive in style, with a background in branding and brand marketing. They should have knowledge in creative strategy and production and have the ability to think cross-platform ensuring all concepts are fit for purpose, meet the brief and are achievable. They should also be experienced in considering context and culture when working for a global brand.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Core responsibilities will stretch across four key areas: concept, design, production and team and stakeholder management.

    · Work with the Head of Brand Strategy to define the AMF1 Team's creative treatment and art direction annually in response to strategic brand positioning. · Develop collaborative creative treatments for partner campaigns to ensure alignment with the AMF1 Team look and feel. · Receive and respond to creative briefs from the brand marketing team (campaign level), and wider commercial teams including sales and guest experience. · Create, prepare and socialise conceptual directions with senior stakeholders. · Oversee and manage creative production where necessary. · Quality control – oversee the deployment of all creative to ensure it meets the level of quality expected. · Manage production timescales and ensure deadlines are met. · Collaborate with multiple teams and business functions. · Manage and develop your direct report creating a motivating environment for team talent to thrive and perform at their best.

    Success Criteria

    Overall, the role will be measured on the continual progress of our brand ID to support market relevancy of the AMF1 Team brand.

    · Conception and delivery of award-winning, modern, brand-fitting creative. · Deploying creative across multiple touchpoints seamlessly and within budget. · Educating our creative content teams in our brand ID and respective design systems to ensure consistency.

    Skills & Knowledge Required

    · Proven experience as a creative designer with a brand or agency. · Fluent in Full Creative Cloud software. · Knowledge of and some experience in using Cinema 4D, Da Vinci Resolve. · In-depth knowledge of current design graphic trends (particularly in the luxury sector). · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design. · 5 - 8 years' of creative design experience.

    This role is full-time and based in London.

    However, travel to Silverstone is needed on regular occasions. ​​​​​​​

    Purpose

    To build high-quality products to a consistently high standard To actively contribute to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top-three team in the FIA Constructor’s Championship

    Primary Responsibilities

    To trim, assemble, bond and repair components as required To accurately use a variety of measuring equipment, hand and air tools as required always ensuring attention to detail. To appropriately maintain equipment as required including but not limited to changing blast media, changing filters in extraction, oiling tools and machinery. To complete and update the online shop order system. To inform the appropriate manager/team leader of the progress of the jobs, any issues and when stock levels of consumables/tools are below a certain level. To ensure the standard of housekeeping is consistently maintained as and when required. To ensure all appropriate safety equipment and clothing is used and worn at all times. To chair, attend and proactively participate in meetings as required To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally at all times and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structure To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain a current and thorough working knowledge of composite trimming and assemblies. Any other duties as reasonably requested aligned to your job role

    Skills & Knowledge Required

    Proven previous experience in the production of carbon fibre components. Possess a thorough understanding of effective and accurate use of measuring equipment and reading weighing equipment. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of basic trimming, bonding, and assemblies. Ability to effectively and accurately read and understand technical drawings. Previous experience is essential. Be available to travel as and when required to fulfil the requirements of the role in which employed. To be self-motivated and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment.
