    We have an exciting new opportunity to be part of the ADM Department as a ADM Operative - Late (Maternity Cover).

    Primary Responsibilities

    – Competent operation of all machines

    – Post Process builds for all technologies

    – Carry out machine maintenance and workshop equipment.

    – Use hand tools to finish DMLS printed parts to drawing specifications

    – Work in line with 5S lean manufacturing

    – Stay up to date with safe working practices for all technologies

    – Attend meetings where necessary

    – As part of a small team, you will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the department from monitoring consumables to improving processes.

    – Carry out any tasks as deemed necessary and delegated by superiors

    – To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally at all times and to respect and comply with the company's reporting structure

    – To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of Rapid Manufacturing Processes

    – Quality – follow implemented processes and raise awareness of issues.

    Skills & Knowledge Required

    – Knowledge and experience of one or more of our technologies

    – Knowledge of typical maintenance requirements for the various technologies.

    – Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Post Processing of 3D Printed Parts

    – Previous experience with 3D Printing in a Formula One environment / high level Motorsport environment is advantageous.

    – To be self-motivated and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment

    – Ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales

    – Ability to remain calm under pressure

    We have an exciting new opportunity to be part of the Additive Manufacturing team as an Additive Manufacturing Technician (Weekend Shift)

    The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of additive manufacturing in a high-level motorsport environment, have a good attention to detail, work calmly and accurately under pressure, work positively and enthusiastically in a small team and have a flexible attitude to helping fulfil the requirements of the department and team as a whole.

    Working on late shift in the ADM Team, the Technician will primary be focussed on programming and operating our various 3D printing machines. Machine maintenance, calibrations and post processing the builds to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy possible.

    Additional duties may be required from time to time within ADM, to meet the high demands of the test sessions.

    The Successful candidate must have the following attributes:

    Competent in programming on all types of 3D printing technologies (SLA, FDM, SLS, DLP, DMLS).

    – Thorough understanding of machine calibration processes.

    – Complete appreciation of machine maintenance scheduling.

    – Methodical approach to machine operation.

    – Efficient post processing of model and full-size components.

    – Monitor and report stock levels.

    – Consider system wide continuous improvement.

    – Follow and improve on standard operating procedures.

    – Attend meetings where necessary.

    – Follow established production plans to meet aggressive wind tunnel and full-size programmes.

    – Consideration of the highest level of quality and improve on

    – A methodical and thorough approach to your work

    – Able to work with minimal supervision.

    – Good communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with the ability to work well with colleagues.

    – Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a dependable team player.

    – Previous experience as a Rapid Manufacturing Technician or similar in a Formula One environment / high level Motorsport environment is advantageous.

  • Front of House Receptionist

    This diverse role involves being the face of Aston Martin for various guests including VIPS and to ensure a great experience, you will be a part of a great brand who are growing at a rapid rate and offer a fantastic work environment!

    What will your day to day look like?

    – Ensuring a well-presented front of house for guests ensuring the area is kept clean and tidy.

    – Working closely internally to ensure visitors are directed to the right department.

    – Build a good rapport with all visitors and ensure any challenges are resolved quickly.

    – Manage pre booked arrival of visitors, guests and VIPs.

    – Reporting any issues to the facilities department.

    – Any other duties required related to this role.

    We have an exciting new opportunity to be part of the Electronics and Control Systems Department as a Junior Software Engineer.

    We are now looking for a Junior Software Engineer to work in the Electronics and Control Systems Department. This role will involve the development of off car software for calibration tools, data distribution, analysis tools, and post processing algorithms. The successful candidate should have some familiarity with our technical stack:

    Technical Stack:

    – C# .NET & WPF

    – Dartlang / Flutter

    – Python

    – SQL / MongoDB

    – InfluxDB

    – Azure DevOps

    – Kubernetes

    Essential Skills:

    – Development of desktop based applications with either:

    – C# with .NET and WPF or

    – Other Object-Orientated language(s) with a willingness to learn

    – Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming

    – Strong communication and problem solving ability

    – Understanding of Agile development methodology

    – Willingness to work independently but also collaboratively within a team

    Desirable:

    – Familiarity with software version control i.e. Git or SVN

    – CI/CD pipelines knowledge i.e. Azure Pipelines or TeamCity

    Previous experience working in F1 is not required but would be useful, especially some knowledge or experience with SECU.

    We have an exciting new opportunity to be part of the Facilities Team as a Maintenance Engineer.

    Primary Responsibilities/Tasks

    – Respond to breakdowns and fault diagnosis – get kit back online. Use root cause analysis to correct and prevent future failure

    – Ensure TPM and PPM systems are correct and up to date

    – Carry out planned scheduled maintenance and servicing

    – Develop and identify key spare parts inventory to help reduce machine downtime

    – Manage spares and service budgets.

    – Work as a team member where roles cross over on certain jobs

    – Work alone or as part of a team being proactive, work responsibly, and professionally always and to respect and comply with the company's reporting structure

    – Any other duties as reasonably requested aligned to you job role

    Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours Required

    – Possess an excellent working knowledge of, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.

    – Highly organised and analytic

    – Knowledge of workshop health safety and environmental controls

    – Ability to read machine OEM manuals and technical documents and interpret into usable systems

    – Improve communication with Suppliers, Inspection, Procurement, Manufacturing and Design Office to successfully deliver quality parts, ensuring all processes have been carried out to the standard required.

    – Ensure the NCR process is robust, and all information is fed back to relevant suppliers in a timely manner

    – Successful on time management of assigned projects

    – Professional and dynamic representation of the Company when dealing with current and any potential suppliers

    – To chair, attend and proactively participate in meetings as required

    – To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally and to respect and comply with the Company's reporting structure
