PURPOSE
Working with the Guest Services team to achieve the objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to manage specific projects predominantly off-track and expanding experience into special projects & internal events
To actively contribute to the Team's primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor's Championship.
Primary Responsibilities:
Off – Track (reporting into Chief of Guest Services & Hospitality):
Manage members of the off – track and internal Hospitality & Events teams with a focus on commercial strategic goals.
Ownership and delivery of the guest experience strategy set against a clear set of KPIs for UK and international off - track events, the new AMF1 HQ and other team-lead hospitality venues away from F1 circuits.
Ownership, strategic input and delivery of internal events and internal focused activations including AMF1's DE&I and sustainability programmes.
Creative input of the guest experience and event delivery
Contributing towards evaluation metrics and partnership / internal ROI
Designing and managing AMCF1 HQ guest experience and supplier management in collaboration with Commercial, HR and Facilities
Designing & managing off-track partner, media and team guest focused global events
Drive commercial revenue and/or retail opportunities to our off – track event portfolio
Crafting experiential elements and developing digitised guest experiences
Implementing processes for guest experiences in line with global Covid-19 protocols where required
Supporting our sustainability and CSR strategy
Gathering & analysing of guest satisfaction data and presenting options for future programme development
Support Partner Services in experience-based collaborations of team partnerships (off – track)
Senior management of AMF1 talent
Senior management event branding & digital / social content
Senior management of event suppliers & production companies on planning and delivery
Designing and implementing secondary hospitality programmes where required
Senior management of set up / derig and freight management of team hospitality venues, independent venues and AMF1 HQ
Ensure budget conscious decisions are made in line with budget expectations and management of P&L
Establish department processes where required to facilitate business efficiencies
To chair, attend and proactively participate in meetings as required
To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally at all times and to respect and comply with the company's reporting structure
To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of guest experience, commercial awareness and brand strategy.

Skills & Knowledge Required
A track record of ownership and management of events/shows/conferences of a high standard / luxury level – preferably in motorsport or sporting industry
Possess an excellent working knowledge of hospitality delivery and guest experience
Attention to detail

The role will be based in Silverstone but travel to London is required on a regular basis.
