The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team Driver Academy is dedicated to identifying and developing the next generation of exceptional motorsport talent.

From karting to single-seaters, the Academy provides a clear path to the top tiers of racing through tailored racecraft mentorship, simulator work, physical training, media coaching and race weekend immersion.

In partnership with DPK Racing and leveraging the global connections and karting expertise of Fernando Alonso, the Academy strengthens its mission to support emerging drivers from the earliest stages of their careers.

Guiding young talent

A comprehensive development pathway

Designed to identify, support, and develop exceptional driving talent, preparing them for the upper echelons of motorsport, the Aston Martin Aramco Driver Academy forges long-term partnerships with up-and-coming drivers and actively scouts the brightest young talent from across all levels of motorsport, from karting to single-seater racing series.

The programme offers a comprehensive development pathway, including physical training, racecraft mentorship, media coaching, simulator sessions, and exposure to Formula One environments with the opportunity to attend race weekends to gain insight from the team and its drivers.

Through a strategic partnership with DPK Racing, official team of FA Alonso Kart chassis, The Academy has access to the combined karting expertise and global network of both DPK and Fernando Alonso. This collaboration strengthens the Academy's ability to identify and nurture the most promising young talent from the very start of their motorsport journey.
