Over a year ago, the journey to create the Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One™ Team’s AMR21 began.

Whether it was the technical specifications, the innovations under the skin, or the livery of the car, it was a long-running process involving many iterations and considerations to create the car that has now taken to the track.

The AMR21 is painted in 2021 Aston Martin Racing Green, featuring prominent branding from title partner, Cognizant, and a magenta highlight to reflect our partnership with BWT.

Aston Martin Lagonda’s Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, who has also overseen the design of striking Aston Martin’s such as the One-77, the DBS and the Vulcan, was a key figure in the visual identity of the AMR21. He worked closely with the team at Silverstone and together they created the stunning end result.

The 2021 Formula One livery was chosen to reflect upon the legacy of Aston Martin in motorsport while updating it for the modern day to catch the eye on track with a distinct new look.
