As part of our ongoing commitment to celebrate diversity this Pride Month and beyond, we invited Shelley Tiltman, Global Inclusion and Belonging Leader from our title partner Cognizant, to talk to AMF1 Diversity Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) Lead Bryanna Harding.
The pair discussed their experience of promoting DE&I within the workplace and explored how AMF1 is educating and building awareness among its people, partners and fans on the importance of allyship in motorsport and the LGBTQ+ community.
