Aston Martin Aramco turns to Eight Sleep to support competitive edge

Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team announces a new partnership with Eight Sleep, the world's leading sleep technology company, focused on improving driver and team performance across the 2026 Formula One season.

Getting high-quality deep sleep plays a critical role in sustaining physical and cognitive performance across a long, high-pressure season. This partnership reflects Aston Martin Aramco's commitment to optimising every variable that influences results, including sleep.

Eight Sleep will provide the team with its industry-leading sleep technology, the Pod, designed to optimise recovery through temperature regulation and continuous physiological tracking.

Built on one of the world's largest proprietary sleep and biometric datasets, Eight Sleep's technology turns sleep into a controllable performance lever. Unlike static tools or one-size-fits-all solutions, the Pod responds to the body night by night, enabling deeper recovery and faster adaptation across changing training loads, travel demands, and race schedules.

Eight Sleep's technology has already demonstrated measurable impact at scale, leading to its adoption by elite athletes in different disciplines around the world. Research across its member base has shown up to a 34 per cent improvement in deep sleep, and reports of 41 per cent better overall sleep quality, reinforcing the role of sleep as a critical driver of recovery and performance.

The Eight Sleep logo will appear on the side of the nose at every race, on the driver balaclavas, on the cooling vests worn when needed by drivers and on the handheld cooling fans in the garage.
