About the team
With one of the most iconic emblems in the world above our garage and a team of over 700 passionate men and women at our heart, this is a team with both a rich heritage and a fresh perspective – bringing new energy to the sport with a determination to shake up the order and compete at the sharp end. We are all in, and everyone is welcome.
Our commitment to diversity, inclusion and equality is enshrined in our four main objectives:
Foster an inclusive culture that not only retains the diverse talent within the team but helps attract and develop the next generation too.
Proactively develop our culture to become more inclusive by raising awareness and celebrating diversity.
Empower our managers and employees by coaching and training them on the values of diversity.
To continually review all practices and policies to ensure we continue to create an inclusive culture that reflects our diversity, inclusion and equality aims.
We have also created a policy that reinforces our diversity, inclusion, and equality standards we expect of our employees.
Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion will help to ensure that everyone within the team can perform at their best and reach their potential.
The team recognises that it must play a part on the individual level to help promote diversity, inclusion, and equality.
We understand that private beliefs may not align fully with the team, but we fundamentally believe that all individuals have the right to define their own identity and to be fully respected in our working environment.
It is essential that AMF1 Team provides explicit support for groups that are underrepresented within our industry, especially when they have, or continue to face, discrimination, prejudice and/or systemic disadvantage within broader society.
The team also recognises that disability may not always be visible, for example, communication and learning differences, and seeks to ensure that support is in place to help ensure every employee is able to excel in their environment.
