Esports Silverstone header

The Aston Martin Aramco Esports Team showed steady progress in Round Five of the 2025 Motorsport UK British F4 Esports Championship, with both Iggie Smith and Pedro Silva delivering consistent performances in challenging conditions at Silverstone.

Qualifying saw Iggie secure P12, positioning him in the heart of a competitive midfield, while Pedro was forced to start from P30 following a Qualifying ban.

In the opening race, Iggie made up positions in a clean and controlled drive, moving into the top ten and finishing sixth, adding another points finish to his season tally. Pedro, meanwhile, produced a strong recovery drive, climbing from the back of the grid to finish P15.

Wet conditions added another layer of difficulty to the evening's second race. Iggie handled the challenging circumstances well, keeping the car on track and taking sixth at the flag, while Pedro battled hard to claim P15. Following penalties for other drivers, Iggie and Pedro moved up to claim P5 and P13 finishes respectively.

Silverstone marked another step forward for the Aston Martin Aramco Esports Team, with both drivers showing improved pace and racecraft, and valuable points added to the tally.

The team will look to build on this momentum as the championship heads into Knockhill after a week's break, aiming for further progress and stronger results as the season continues.
