AMF1 x Juniper Networks: Building a sustainable future
Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One™ Team (AMF1) and Juniper Networks hold tree-planting event at new AMF1 campus in Silverstone as part of joint commitment to drive sustainability and innovation forward.
AMF1 is passionate about doing Formula One differently – affecting positive change and driving progress on and off the track. Together with our partner Juniper Networks, team members from both organisations, and their families, descended on the bucolic surrounds of the soon-to-be-completed AMF1 campus to plant 750 trees to create a woodland area as part of our new wellness hub.
A state-of-the-art statement of intent, our new campus is powered by an agile, highly automated, and sustainable networking solution from Juniper Networks. Planting trees in the grounds of our new factory is part of our joint commitment to sustainability, with the building and its grounds designed with sustainability and wellbeing at their heart.
"Juniper Networks and Aston Martin F1 share common values around innovation, advanced engineering, as well as sustainability," explains Juniper Networks CEO Rami Rahim.
"Whether it's developing race cars that will run on 100 per cent renewable energy or a network infrastructure that consumes the least amount of energy and space possible, or planting trees in this wellness site around the new Aston Martin F1 factory, these are all signs of how important and aligned our partnership is."
