It's almost time for Fernando's home race and you, our fans, are already out in force as we look to turn Spain green, together.
It's going to be loud, raw and vibrant as you show your support for Fernando, Lance, and the team at the Spanish Grand Prix. But what makes this Grand Prix so special – and how do you, our fans, feel?
We put the question to some of our most passionate followers on the streets of Barcelona, when we caught up with them at the AMF1 x KIMOA pop-up store.

There were some tough years, but Spain is waiting for him – Spain is waiting for him to win.
"Fernando means a lot to me. Every weekend we cheer him on to win and we've waited 10 years for him to get back to the top. I've supported him since 2005, when he won his first championship, and now he's back. There were some tough years, but Spain is waiting for him – Spain is waiting for him to win."

We’ve been waiting a long time for his 33rd victory...
"Formula One is very big in Spain, more so now, because Fernando is doing a great job, also Lance and the team as well. We've been waiting a long time for his 33rd victory, he was very close in Monaco, so hopefully this week we are going to witness it. I watch him race every weekend with my friends, and this week we'll be cheering him on in the main grandstand at Montmeló."

You will see on Sunday, all the fans will be wearing green cheering him on. It will be amazing.
"AMF1 have given me hope as a fan. The team is doing really good work and we are really amazed about Fernando and how AMF1 are working as a team in a good environment. Lance is the base of AMF1, he’s been there for years, and it’s a pleasure to see how he and Fernando work together with the team. If there’s any mistake they’re always together as a team to keep pushing so it’s a pleasure to see them together.
"Now Fernando is back in Barcelona. Here we love him a lot, not only in Barcelona but in all of Spain.

I’m so excited to be in Barcelona for my first F1 race.
"I'm so excited to be in Barcelona for my first F1 race. I’ve travelled in from Cordoba with my boyfriend, who introduced me to F1, just to see the race and cheer Fernando on in person."

"It's my 30th birthday today and I'm celebrating by watching Fernando race at home. I'm very excited that the AMF1 have made a huge step up this year, and for sure, one day the team will be at the top."
