    We have an exciting new opportunity to be part of the ADM Department as a ADM Operative - Late (Maternity Cover).

    Primary Responsibilities

    – Competent operation of all machines

    – Post Process builds for all technologies

    – Carry out machine maintenance and workshop equipment.

    – Use hand tools to finish DMLS printed parts to drawing specifications

    – Work in line with 5S lean manufacturing

    – Stay up to date with safe working practices for all technologies

    – Attend meetings where necessary

    – As part of a small team, you will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the department from monitoring consumables to improving processes.

    – Carry out any tasks as deemed necessary and delegated by superiors

    – To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally at all times and to respect and comply with the company's reporting structure

    – To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of Rapid Manufacturing Processes

    – Quality – follow implemented processes and raise awareness of issues.

    Skills & Knowledge Required

    – Knowledge and experience of one or more of our technologies

    – Knowledge of typical maintenance requirements for the various technologies.

    – Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Post Processing of 3D Printed Parts

    – Previous experience with 3D Printing in a Formula One environment / high level Motorsport environment is advantageous.

    We have an exciting new opportunity to be part of the Additive Manufacturing team as an Additive Manufacturing Technician (Weekend Shift)

    The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of additive manufacturing in a high-level motorsport environment, have a good attention to detail, work calmly and accurately under pressure, work positively and enthusiastically in a small team and have a flexible attitude to helping fulfil the requirements of the department and team as a whole.

    Working on late shift in the ADM Team, the Technician will primary be focussed on programming and operating our various 3D printing machines. Machine maintenance, calibrations and post processing the builds to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy possible.

    Additional duties may be required from time to time within ADM, to meet the high demands of the test sessions.

    The Successful candidate must have the following attributes:

    Competent in programming on all types of 3D printing technologies (SLA, FDM, SLS, DLP, DMLS).

    – Thorough understanding of machine calibration processes.

    – Complete appreciation of machine maintenance scheduling.

    – Methodical approach to machine operation.

    – Efficient post processing of model and full-size components.

    – Monitor and report stock levels.

    – Consider system wide continuous improvement.

    – Follow and improve on standard operating procedures.

    – Attend meetings where necessary.

    – Follow established production plans to meet aggressive wind tunnel and full-size programmes.

    – Extensive experience of composite laminating, ideally in Formula One, other motorsport or the automotive industry.

    Primary Responsibilities

    – Assembly of composites components and composites projects across AMR

    – To provide end to end support for the Race Team to ensure all composites assemblies are available on time and as design intention.

    – To prepare all composite parts pre and post event and provide a turnaround service as required

    – To provide travelling composite support as required by the Race Team.

    – To service and maintain Composite Race Team Pit and Garage equipment during the season

    – To work with Aero Support to ensure all Composite Components are as Aero Intent

    – To report composite assembly and manufacturing faults to the relevant Reliability Engineer and to have a good interaction with the Quality Department ensuring the best build quality is achieved.

    We have an opportunity for an innovative Engineer to lead our PU cooling system modelling and simulation. The role involves using predictive methods and practical test data to define and optimise our Formula 1 car's cooling systems.

    The cooling system is a core function of an F1 car, optimising it necessitates close collaboration with Aerodynamics, Engine Systems Integration, Transmission Group, and the Power Unit supplier.

    As the simulation engineer you will be the central part of a talented team with the opportunity to add real performance to the car. That team will place trust in you to innovate and deliver to your very best. As we head towards a new set of Power Unit regulations in 2026 and a new partnership with Honda, we need your talent and commitment to continue our push towards the front of the grid.

    As a Cooling & PU Systems Simulation Engineer, your role will involve :

    – Ensuring sufficient cooling for the car's main systems while minimising aerodynamic, mass, and packaging penalties.

    – Defining the fundamental layout of cooling systems during early concept stages for each car or upgrade.

    – Analysing and optimising configurations to maximise performance.

    – Validating simulation methods with practical tests and analysing rig and car data against predictions.

    – Improving methods and numerical tools for future predictions, automating processes and data analysis using code and logic.

    – Investigating new heat exchanger technologies and suppliers to maintain a competitive advantage.

    – Using CAD for basic fixture and test component design.

    – Communicating key findings verbally and through concise written reports.

    Essential Skills & Knowledge Required :

    – A high quality degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Motorsport Engineering

    – Broad understanding of thermodynamics and fluid flow

    – An enthusiasm for coding, ideally in Python or MATLAB & Simulink

    – Some knowledge of using a modern 3D CAD system

    – Honesty, inclusion and collaboration with fellow team members

    Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in a similar role either in motorsport or another high performance industry.     Primary Responsibilities

    – Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the departments ensuring workloads are distributed and completed accordingly

    – To plan with the RT Chief Mechanic all job lists and availability of RT staff at the factory ensuring an accurate plan for each day

    The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, hardworking, knowledgeable of 3 Axis CNC Machining practices and standards, flexible, proactive and have a ‘can do' attitude.

    – Previous experience operating 3 axis CNC machines in any industry.

    – Experience of CNC programming – ideally in Mayka Pro software.

    An exciting opportunity exists for a Simulator Operator within our Performance Development and Simulation department.

    Suited to a recent graduate, the role will primarily focus on the operation of the Driver In the Loop Simulator (DILSim) as well as refining the workflow to improve productivity and robustness of the DILSim systems.

    Involvement in other areas of the groups activity may occasionally be required. The position will involve close cooperation with the DILSim test engineers, Race Engineering, Aero Performance Group, Tyre Performance Group, Control Engineering, Performance Simulation groups.

    Required skills, qualifications & experience:
