    An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Simulator Development Engineer to join the Simulator Development Team, within our Performance Simulation Group.

    Reporting to the Simulator Development Lead, the role will primarily be focused on the development of the Team’s DIL Simulator capability. The position will involve close cooperation with the Vehicle Model Development Team and the Vehicle Dynamics Group. Regular contact with Software, Controls, Race Engineering and Aerodynamics departments will be expected.

    We are currently looking for an Audience Development Manager to fill a new and exciting position within the Commercial Team.

    The Audience Development Manager will be responsible for the optimisation of the Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One™ Team marketing efforts in support of the Growth, Engagement and Monetisation objectives of the team.

    This individual will be an expert in developing insight on audiences, producing clear recommendations on how best to capitalise on opportunities and delivering robust measurement and reporting to demonstrate the impact of activation.

    The individual will have significant experience with fan first-sports rights holders and supporting the delivery of partnership assets.

    The position lives within the central Marketing team but will require strong relationships with colleagues across Partnerships and Communications.

    The Audience Development Manager should be commercially astute as well as creative. You will be required to think outside of the box by applying a contemporary marketing and customer experience mindset, with the most important aspect being to think fan-first. Specific skills required include:

    - Demonstrable experience and track record working in fast paced marketing role, delivering against challenging acquisition targets.

    - Experience in sports fan engagement / marketing is preferable but not essential.

    - Accurately prepare working capital and capital expenditure analysis and commentary for the board report.

    PURPOSE:

    Primary Responsibilities:

    - Liaison with Race Team Manager for all race team duties including setup and pack down.

    - Provide high level of IT support to key stakeholders at track and in the factory.

    An exciting opportunity exists for a Vehicle Modelling Engineer to join the Performance Simulation Group.

    The role will be focused on the development of the Team’s performance vehicle models and simulations, for use trackside, in the simulator and in offline vehicle development settings. Our goal is to produce a portfolio of cutting-edge tools across all simulation use cases. The position will involve cooperation with Vehicle Performance, Simulator, Performance Software, Race Engineering, Aerodynamics, Design Office, R&D and Mechanical Design functions.

    Candidates will meet a range of the following criteria:

    - Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (Masters/PhD preferred).

    - Motivated by finding creative and practical solutions to complex problems.

    - Ability to work effectively either within a cross-functional team or with minimal supervision.

    - Capacity to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.

    - Some experience of modelling of mechanical/ hydraulic/thermal/electrical systems.

    - Optimisation methods and control theory.

    - Numerical methods & statistics.

    - Object oriented programming principles.

    - Dymola/Modelica experience preferred.

    - Competent with Matlab & Simulink.

    - Working knowledge of source control (Git) preferred.
