The world's largest humanitarian organisation helping to end food insecurity worldwide, World Food Programme (WFP), will take to the track with Lance Stroll and Fernando Alonso at the Miami, Emilia Romagna and Monaco Grands Prix. Aston Martin Aramco Global Sponsor, Citi, is sharing its advertising space on the AMR24 Formula One racecars with WFP to raise awareness of the organisation and encourage donations in support of its mission.

WFP provides life-saving relief in emergencies and helps people recover from conflict, disasters, and the impacts of climate change.

And now, it is taking on its most ambitious campaign ever: seeking to provide lifesaving meals to 150 million of the world's most vulnerable people in more than 120 countries and territories this year.

Speaking about Aston Martin Aramco's support for Citi's partnership with WFP, Julie Monaco, Global Head, Public Sector Group, Citi, said:

"As a global bank, our mission has always been about enabling progress, which puts us in a strong position to stand for important issues and catalyse change. That is why we are announcing a global partnership with World Food Programme and have contributed a $200,000 donation to kick off the campaign.

"With Citi as a global banking partner, the organisation can focus on working to reduce hunger to enable households to get ahead, creating healthy workforces and sustainable economic growth for everyone.

"Now, with the launch of our global partnership, we're bringing together Citi's voice, business capabilities and strategic philanthropy to support WFP's mission and collaborating with Aston Martin Aramco to drive donations."

Rob Bloom, Chief Marketing Officer, Aston Martin Aramco, added:

"We are proud to support Citi's partnership with the World Food Programme. Millions of fans around the globe will see the logo on the Aston Martin race car throughout the month of May, driving global awareness of this important initiative. The World Food Programme performs a critical role and together with Citi, we look forward to leveraging our platform to support the people and communities in need."
