Continuing to Make A Mark with The Aleto Foundation
Students join us for a day of team building, leadership training and illuminating discussions around STEM and F1.
Aston Martin Aramco and The Aleto Foundation have a shared mission to increase diversity and participation in motosport and technology.
As part of our Make A Mark responsible business strategy we are breaking down barriers to provide a pathway for the next generation to careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects in motorsport and beyond.
We recently hosted our 2024 leadership and mentorship programme cohort for a day focused on discussions around STEM, careers in Formula One, as well as inviting the cohort to take part in engineering challenges, such as building miniature F1 cars, and team building and leadership training.
The mentees are set to join us at the AMR Technology Campus for work experience as they continue to lay the foundation for a career in STEM fields.
