2026 Formula One calendar revealed – here's what you need to know

F1 2026 calendar desktop article hero

The 2026 Formula One calendar has been confirmed with 24 races across five continents between March and December. Read on for all the details.

The highly-anticipated 2026 Formula One World Championship season has edged a step closer following the announcement of the calendar for next year.

The sport is on the cusp of a new era. 2026 sees a swathe of new technical regulations introduced across power unit technology and aerodynamics, while, for the first time in Formula One history, 100 per cent advanced sustainable fuels will also be used.

Similarly, for Aston Martin Aramco, 2026 marks a new chapter. We begin our works partnership with Honda and we will unveil our first Formula One car designed under the expert eye of Managing Technical Partner Adrian Newey.

There's a lot on the horizon but, before then, these are the key points from the 2026 calendar that you need to know.

The season starts in early March as we take in the scenic surroundings of Albert Park for the Australian Grand Prix, swiftly followed by the Chinese Grand Prix a week later.

Round three of the season sees us take to Suzuka – a storied circuit owned by our new works partner Honda – while the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in mid-April marks the home race of our Title Partner, Aramco, and Principal Partner, Maaden.

The Canadian Grand Prix is almost a month earlier compared with this year, meaning Lance Stroll's home race race will be in May. The Monaco Grand Prix lifts the curtain on racing in Europe in 2026, forming a double-header with the first of two homecoming races for Fernando Alonso, the Spanish Grand Prix at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

The British Grand Prix takes place at the beginning of July at Silverstone Circuit, just a stone's throw away from the AMR Technology Campus. The European season concludes with a new race on the streets of Spanish capital Madrid in September – another home race for Fernando.

The flyaways then commence once more with trips to Asia and the Americas, before a final triple-header that takes in Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
