Accelerating diversity: Making a mark with The Aleto Foundation

Together with The Aleto Foundation, Cognizant and Havas, we held an inspiring session to discuss how to drive greater diversity and inclusion in the sport, creative industries and beyond.

One of the key principles of our Make A Mark responsible business strategy is to continue to educate, communicate and celebrate the importance of all aspects of diversity, equality and inclusion.

We joined Havas and our partners The Aleto Foundation and Cognizant for an evening that shone a light on how Aston Martin Aramco is fostering diversity, equality and inclusion in the motorsport industry and beyond, but to also explore how progress is being made in other industries, such as technology and creative, as well how more progress can be made.

The event included inspiring talks led by Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE, His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London and Chairman of The Aleto Foundation, David Villa Clarke, Aleto Foundation CEO, and Aston Martin Aramco Chief Marketing Officer Rob Bloom.

A panel discussion also took place as guests heard from Chinnu Varghese, CFO, Global Growth Markets, Cognizant, and Rosie Kitson, Chief Impact Officer, Havas. They discussed a range of topics, including how to inspire young people to pursue STEM careers, why diversity of thought drives competitive advantage, and how everyone has role to play in encouraging diversity.
