We take a moment to look back on how we've been celebrating Pride Month and continuing to champion diversity, equality and inclusion in motorsport and beyond throughout June.
Reinforcing our commitment to Make A Mark, supporting our colleagues and promoting inclusion and respect, we organised a series of events and discussions to celebrate Pride Month.
Here's how we brought our team values to life throughout June...
Accelerate Pride at Brooklands Museum
Held at the iconic Brooklands Museum, Accelerate Pride brought together F1 teams, Motorsport UK and community groups to discuss LGBTQ+ inclusion and the importance of fostering a welcoming environment, with a focus on furthering progress within motorsport.
As part of the event, Aston Martin Aramco Chief Marketing Officer Rob Bloom joined a panel to explore how brands can communicate inclusively and build a more equitable community.
This was followed by a discussion on cultivating welcoming environments for people of all genders, featuring Aston Martin Aramco Aerodynamicist Millie Minter.
Leading industry figures within HR and marketing, including Aston Martin Aramco Inclusion and Community Outreach Lead Kimberley Willingham and Marketing Coordinator Alex Jukes also joined together to explore the ways those working in motorsport can promote inclusivity.

Inviting Racing Pride to the Canadian Grand Prix
While in Montréal for the Canadian Grand Prix, we hosted a memorable experience for a group of Racing Pride members.
Providing behind-the-scenes access to the paddock, the group explored what it takes to get ready for a Grand Prix weekend and were given an exclusive garage tour to see our equipment up-close.
Racing Pride Ambassador Christian Huegil also made an appearance to shine a light on diversity within motorsport.

Teaming up with Valvoline in Kentucky
During June, Aston Martin Aramco Head of F1 ACADEMY and Driver Ambassador, Jessica Hawkins, and ESG Director, Debbie Wall, visited Valvoline World Headquarters in Kentucky.
Building on our thought-provoking discussions with Valvoline in 2024 on diversity, equity and inclusivity with Valvoline's Katie Reed Hurst, Brand Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility, our visit aimed to champion conversations around belonging.
Jessica joined a panel with Valvoline's women chemists and engineers to discuss their experiences in their respective industries, followed by a tour of Valvoline's laboratory with local school children and a demonstration on how electric vehicles compare to internal combustion engines.
Celebrating Pride at the AMR Technology
Our Pride Month celebrations culminated at the AMR Technology Campus. For this vibrant evening of connection and pride, we joined together with Racing Pride – our partner of five years – to celebrate identity and allyship and to continue building a culture where everyone feels respected, supported and appreciated.
Bringing our values to life, we championed our LGBTQ+ colleagues, raised awareness and encouraged meaningful dialogue through fireside chats.
Welcoming guests from across the LGBTQ+ community, including representatives from Racing Pride, Aston Martin Lagonda and our Official AI Compute Platform Partner, Arm, we provided exclusive tours of AMRTC followed by on-stage discussions.

Aston Martin Aramco's Millie Minter, Rob Bloom and Creative Director Richie Kuncyusz discussed their experiences alongside Matthew Harriet Randall, Aston Martin Lagonda Head of Software Development and Integration and Diversity and Inclusion Chair, with the panel hosted by motorsport influencer Chloe Farkas.
As part of the event, a two-metre long LGBTQ+ canvas was signed by all guests and Team Principal Andy Cowell. The canvas will be displayed in the team restaurant until the end of June before being signed by our staff and drivers and auctioned for LGBTQ+ charity MINDOUT.
Concluding the evening, we treated attendees to a live performance from Fred Roberts, The X Factor contender and member of the LGBTQ+ community who previously supported Kyle at Hyde Park in 2024 and was recently recognised by Attitude Magazine's 2025 list of 101 LGBTQ+ trailblazers.
