It's not just the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team drivers Lance and Fernando who must be in peak condition heading to Bahrain for the opening race of the 2024 season.

Our mechanics must also be in top shape to deal with the stresses and strains of a record-breaking 24-race calendar. Travelling to every Grand Prix, and needing to perform in a split second under huge pressure as Lance and Fernando make pitstops, they are athletes in their own right.

Preparation is key and, with the support of Aston Martin Aramco's Official Lubricant Partner Valvoline, the team has been working hard to get primed for the year ahead.

From fitness training to keep the mechanics in top physical condition to pitstop practice at the team's pitstop rig to ensure execution is spot on come race day, full focus is on every detail to ensure maximum performance.
