In the build-up to the British Grand Prix the clamour for passes and the desire to go behind the scenes at our home race reaches fever pitch.

With the AMR Technology Campus a stone's throw away from Silverstone Circuit, there's no better place to be for the British Grand Prix than with us.

As part of The FanMade DROP, an I / AM DROP inspired by your fandom and TikTok trends, we gave I / AM members the chance to win VIP passes to The Lawn at the AMR Technology Campus for a once-in-a-lifetime experience on Saturday of the British Grand Prix.

Winners of the DROP were treated to grandstand seats at the long right-hander of Luffield, where they witnessed cars thundering down into Brooklands from the Wellington Straight before scrabbling for traction through Luffield for the full-throttle run through Woodcote.

Chests thumping from the thrill of the battle for pole, ears ringing from the V6 roar, I / AM members were then welcomed to the AMR Technology Campus.

Embarking on an all-access tour of our home, they explored where our cars are designed, manufactured, and assembled, before heading back to The Lawn – a strictly invitation-only event.

Awaiting our guests, a heady mix of sumptuous food and drink, world-class hospitality and entertainment, and immersive experiences including race simulators and The Cube: a virtual reality experience providing a lifelike glimpse of what it's like to drive a Formula One car at Silverstone Circuit.

DROPS winner heard from team members, including two-time World Champion Fernando Alonso and CEO and Team Principal Andy Cowell, before Andrew Cushin and Armand Van Helden took to the stage to deliver stunning live sets amid the backdrop of our imposing, state-of-the-art home and a showcase of some of Aston Martin's finest road-going models.

A hands-on experience

"All I can say is wow. It was a real privilege to be so close to the action on a Grand Prix weekend. To be allowed to hold a newly 3D-printed part of the F1 car and know it was heading to the track is not something I'm likely to experience again.
