Much like a lap of Spa-Francorchamps, the 2023 season has been a rollercoaster so far, and the final race before F1's upcoming two-week shutdown had it all. Before signing off for the summer break, we couldn't resist scrolling through the @AstonMartinF1 'For You' feed to serve up our latest installment of must-watch TikToks from the Belgian Grand Prix.

From fans braving the rain and an incredible close-up of the AMR23 at speed to a club anthem...

1 | Feliz cumpleãnos, Fernando

Saturday at Spa-Francorchamps began with a big celebration as the team brought Fernando cake and balloons – plus a hug from Team Principal Mike Krack – for his birthday.

In his latest column, Mike had high praise for Fernando as he said: "I think he's more like 22 than 42, and we'll try to make it a special day. We also had a get-together on Thursday night, to thank everyone for their hard work in the first half of this year."

The double World Champion has started 367 Grands Prix, scored 104 podiums and notched up 2,178 Championship points.

2 | Remembering Anthoine

A touching tribute to late racer Anthoine Hubert, who tragically lost his life at Spa-Francorchamps in 2019.

Pierre Gasly brought the paddock together to run the track in his fallen friend's memory, with numerous drivers and personnel from the paddock including Lance joining in for the emotional occasion.

3 | Slick transition

It's no secret that Spa can be wet, but this weekend was something else.

We saw every facet of the Spa microclimate that has produced so many memorable Grands Prix in the past, from pouring rain to blue skies.

As @luzachu shows in this TikTok, it can all change in just a few minutes.

4 | Blink and you'll miss it

Headphones warning: this TikTok from @f1.vivi captures the sensation of a Formula One car flying past at full throttle.

Spine-tingling magic right here. We've watched this more times than we'd care to admit; it's a thing of beauty.

5 | Helping hands

As the rain fell for hours over Spa, the car parks became particularly muddy and difficult to traverse.

@designamic_by_a's TikTok shows fans banding together to help each other out and make sure they could leave safely.

6 | Life's a breeze

Rain delays mean that the bright minds of our mechanics and engineers find left-field ways to pass the time.

In this case, they passed the time by taking a pitlane air-blower and seeing what happens when it meets arguably the best beard in the paddock.

7 | Anthem of the summer

Before the shutdown begins and we get ready to wind down, here's a TikTok of the club going wild for Fernando and an absolutely brilliant song.
